“The All-Girl Filling Station’s Last Reunion” by Fannie Flagg

Fannie Flagg has a winner in “The All-Girl Filling Station’s Last Reunion”.  I loved “Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Café” and “A Redbird Christmas”.  Fannie Flagg is a very funny person and writes just like she speaks.  This novel is fast-paced and so very funny.  I laughed out loud throughout the book.  It did have serious moments too, but I must say that I really loved the characters, the plot, and everything about it.  I really hope that this novel is selected to be made into a movie sometime soon.  I highly recommend this novel to anyone seeking a light-hearted read.

I was sent a free print copy of this book by Night Owl Reviews in return for my honest assessment of the book.
